I know CBT is out of vogue rn especially among Autists but Feeling Good rocked my world and flipped my script when I really needed it - it’s ok to remove the shit-tinted goggles <3

Oh I'm not knocking Feeling Good at all. It was critical for me as well, AND even when I first met it I could see its limits. The truth is we have to have a whole bunch of different tools at our disposal, and CBT is certainly one of them.
